Who Am I
My Dad, Arnold Arem, an amazing poet, wrote this poem for my Bat Mitzvah when I turned 16. I recorded him reading the poem, and then made a video and added some of my music compositions to it– Valse de Lune, and The One, two of the “channeled” 432 Hz tuning piano pieces (on my CDs Psychedelic Prayers and Valse de Lune) His poem is called: Who Am I?

This is extracted from an event I did with Rachel on June 8th, 2020, focused on teachings for building the immortal body: Join Kimba Arem and Rachel Zelaya to explore themes and practices around transformation, metamorphosis, and metaphoric death/rebirth. Rachel will offer Kundalini Yoga (movement and meditation/guided visualization), and Kimba will share some beginning practices that ancient wisdom lineages have passed down to help with starting the process of developing a body that will transcend the death of our physical form. These lineages reveal that life is a preparation for the next stage beyond this world, and the Great Work is to prepare by cultivating the development of spiritual organs of perception. This is done in a grounded, systematic way, like an embryo develops in the womb. The work we do helps with living this life, and for the one to come.
